Our process

We've streamlined lending to match the pace of your business. From initial inquiry to funded project, our process prioritizes speed, transparency, and partnership at every step.

Step 1

Submit a draw request

You will work directly with our team to submit a complete draw request once a phase of construction is complete.
Step 2

Order an inspection

Once we receive your complete draw request, we order an independent inspection report to verify the work completed to-date.
Step 3

Review and Approve

Once we receive the inspection report our team analyses the report and approves the funding amount requested and approved by the inspector.
Step 4

Fund

Once approved we release the funds directly into your account so you can continue with the project. From the time we receive a complete draw request we aim to fund draws within 3-5 business days.
